I write this testimonial with both sadness and respect. I am sad that the situation that Dr. Malloy finds himself in and the anquish it has caused his family and employees cannot be properly illustrated in this forum. Respect, because I have known and worked with this Physician for over 30 years. I know first hand the level of his commitment to the health and well being of women not just in Georgia, but women from all over the world who have sought him out for his skill and expertise. He has been a gracious and knowledgeable employer, and many including myself have learned and grown under his leadership.
This entire set of events has been a true travesty of justice the like of which has not been seen since the days of Jim Crow. The Judicial system was not designed to punish those with whom we disagree. Chastisement if warranted because of an inadvertent mistake can be appropriate, The destruction of a person's life and profession which has been useful. productive and community oriented is not.

Dr. Malloy is a special human being. Not only is he an exceptional Physician, he is committed to his family and the community. His commitment to his family extends way beyond the immediate family. He is sincerely concerned about the well-being of others. This is a man of exceptional character and integrity. This description of Dr. Malloy is not in response to his current challenges, it's simply the truth. I support and endorse the granting of bond for Dr. Malloy as petitioned. I am a US Army Sergeant First Class Retired Disabled Soldier and I am an Alumni of The U.S. Adjutant General Corps. For the forty four years that I have known Dr Malloy as in family, friend & professional capacity he has never displayed or conveyed not even one miniscule of a degree of criminal intentions nor intentional deception to include fraudulent characteristics. I I truly believe that I know he is by no means a flight risk due to his commemorative historical track record towards his professions, his family, friends, colleagues, employees, along with his heartfelt ties & active involvement to our community
