Re: Character Reference for Dr. Tyrone Malloy
Dear Judge Becker,
This letter shall serve as a character reference for Dr. Tyrone Malloy ("Doc") in connection with his upcoming Sentencing Hearing. I’ve personally known Doc for 5 years & worked in helping him purchase real estate for his medical practice, as well as the disposition of said real estate. I’ve also assisted with property management issues such as hiring contractors & maintenance crews.
I can say without a doubt that Doc has been completely appropriate and a man of high ethical character. He has demonstrated a fairness, generosity, and quick payment regarding commissions, or contracted work. I’ve been in the commercial real estate business for 20 years and would not do business with somebody who could not be trusted.
Doc enjoys a strong reputation in the community and is well liked by our mutual acquaintances. He is well respected in the local & national medical field and has established himself as a leader. I would continue to work with Doc without any hesitation, and wish all my clients were as above board and honest as Dr. Malloy.
