Terry E. Barnard, Chairman State Board of Pardons and Paroles 2MLK, Jr. Drive, East Tower Suite 458 Atlanta, Georgia 30334

Dear Mr. Barnard,

I have enclosed for your perusal the letter I received from Governor Nathan Deal as well as the letter I wrote to him regarding the parole status of my husband Tyrone C. Malloy GDC#1001277236 .

As demonstrated in my letter to the Governor, my family and I are in deep distress regarding the Parole Board decision to go outside the grid in its decision to not grant my husband parole until March 2017. This decision at the very least appears punitive given the Parole Board guidelines.

My husband is a first time offender and veteran with a clean record with the Georgia Department of Corrections. This decision makes no sense to me under these circumstances.

I am requesting that you and your team review the decision. We as a family and all those who care for and depend upon my husband sincerely believe that the current status of his parole is grossly unfair and without merit.

I will anxiously await your response.

Sincerely,

Raymie M. Malloy 1874 Piedmont Road #580E Atlanta, GA 30324
